Summer is in town, time to get ready for that summer body! And let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to have a healthy body?

Sometimes it can be hard to keep up with your schedule while you travel a lot or when you’re on your well deserved vacation. We at Leopold Hotel Antwerp understand that and that’s the reason why we give our guests the chance to be and stay healthy!

One of the most popular places of the hotel

Our gym is the most active facility in our hotel. Business or leisure, that doesn’t matter. Since the opening of our gym in 2014, it has become one of the popular places of the hotel, mainly because of its great hours. Because… Our gym is accessible for hotel guests 24 hours per day, 7 days per week*! Isn’t that just awesome?

Just because we want you to be the best you can during work or holiday! We also have special sport towels for our guests to use during their time at our gym. We think it’s very important that everyone is able to sport hard ánd hygienically at the same time.

Fitness tips from the experts (not me haha):

  • Never forget the warming up;
  • Don’t push yourself to hard, but motivate yourself;
  • Give your body and muscles enough rest;
  • Get yourself a good music playlist;
  • Most important: drink enough water and stay hydrated!

Walk in the gym with a plan

We (the experts, not the writer of this blog post lol) suggest you to have a plan during your health process. If you just want to stay healthy, we advise you to visit the gym 2 times a week. Not for too long, 30 – 60 minutes should do the trick. If your goal is losing weight, we suggest you to visit the gym at least 3 times per week, for 30 – 60 minutes per session. This is the point you’ll see your body changing after a while.

Don’t be too pushy

BE PATIENT… Your body will not change in one week. Drink enough water, sport variety and stay positive. Our gym is the perfect way to keep yourself healthy and motivated during the day.
