For this month’s blog, we want to give you another look into the life of working at Leopold Hotel Antwerp. Last month, we shared “A Day of a Receptionist” with you, this month we share the most frequently asked question.
Since we have multiple departments, we have divided them into three parts. Front Desk, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping.
How to get to …?
A daily asked question at our front desk. We’ve got our city maps and markers ready, and are happy to assist you your way through Antwerp! We always try to make the route as easy as possible for you. In case of public transport or taxi recommendations, please ask our front desk for assistance.
Can we request a late check out for tomorrow?
Please pass by our front desk for any information regarding late check-out. We are always trying to be as flexible as possible, but keep in mind we also need to keep up with the hotel policies and availability. Sometimes late check-out might be possible, and other days not. Late check-out is available for free and payable and always on request and availability.
Where is your parking located?
To answer you this question the easiest way: not in the hotel itself. Parkings are available in a distance between 3 and 5 minute walk from the hotel. The costs of the parking garages we will recommend will be approx. 19Eur per 24 hours. Please always pass by our reception for the right information. Due to several reasons, we can never provide the information regarding parking by email or phone. Please come inside and request the information at our front desk.
Do you provide gluten free or kosher breakfast?
Yes! We do. Since our renewed breakfast (more information here), we have included a full arrangement of gluten free products to our breakfast buffet. No need to request this before arrival anymore, walk into our breakfast area and find these delicious items. We also provide kosher breakfasts, this always on request. In case you would like to take a kosher breakfast at Leopold Hotel Antwerp, contact us before arrival for the possibilities. Extra charges may apply.
Why is my breakfast not included in the room price?
This is a slightly difficult question to answer. Please always double check before you book your room if the breakfast is included or not. If it shows up as “Breakfast Included” and you want to have breakfast in our hotel, it is recommended to book this rate. In case you are not sure yet, it is best to book without breakfast – mostly shown as “Breakfast: 17.50Eur per person”. This way you can pay for your breakfast on spot. Our F&B and Front Desk team are happy to assist to check if your room is booked with or without breakfast.
Do you provide massages in the hotel?
Our housekeeping gets this question asked quite a few times a month. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer massage services. On walking distance of the hotel, you can find several massage offices.
Can we have extra … in our room delivered?
Of course! We can provide extra towels, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, blankets, coffee, tea… All the essentials which are provided in the room when arriving are available at any time at our housekeeping.
